Are meals included in my forum registration?
Yes! Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided with your Women In Supply Chain Forum registration for Wednesday, November 15. There will also be a cocktail networking reception in the evening on Tuesday, November 14.
What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual. Shirts or jackets with company logos are acceptable. Nice jeans are acceptable. Comfortable footwear is acceptable.
What is the attire for the Women in Supply Chain Dinner?
Same as above. Formal attire not necessary.
Can I receive a refund?
Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by October 24, 2023. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund, with a 10% administrative fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by October 24, 2023.
No refunds will be issued after November 13, 2023. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to supplychainforum@acbusinessmedia.com for consideration.
Will a hard copy of my registration ticket be mailed to me?
Once you are registered, a confirmation email will be sent to directly to the email you provided. Please have your confirmation accessible to expedite your check-in process at the event.
Can I get a discounted rate if I stay through the weekend?
The discounted rate will be honored three days pre- and post- event, pending availability
Am I still available to get a ticket after the early bird rate, July 31, 2023?
Yes, however the price will increase to the standard rate after 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2023.
Are guests and/or children allowed to attend?
Since this is a high-caliber, exclusive event, we encourage your family and guests to find other activities to do in the Atlanta area while you are attending the Forum.
Can I get a ticket the day of the event?
You may register online until November 13, 2023, however we will not be selling tickets at the event.
What if I need special accommodations or dietary restrictions?
