Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 1, 2024.
No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2024. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment.
After this date, all cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent via email to supplychainforum@iron.markets for consideration. Women In Supply Chain Forum will review special request for refunds no later than November 1, 2024. Women In Supply Chain Forum retains the right to determine what constitutes an emergency situation, if additional supporting documentation is required, and if a refund will be given, and Women In Supply Chain Forum’s decision will be final.
Hotel and transportation reservation cancellations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline and/or other company.
If the event is canceled or not held for any reason, registered attendees will receive a refund of all amounts actually paid.
No refunds are offered for classes/sessions which may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond IRONMARKETS’, formerly known as AC Business Media, control.
