Ellen Voie
Founder, Women in Trucking Association
Ellen Voie is an internationally recognized speaker and authority on inclusion for women working in non-traditional careers in transportation. Voie founded the Women In Trucking Association in March 2007, with a mission to promote the employment of women in the trucking industry, to remove obstacles, and to celebrate the successes of its members. Since 2017, Voie has been hosting the Women In Trucking Show on SiriusXM’s Road Dog Trucking Channel 146, which airs every Saturday and Sunday at 7am and 3pm EST. She also penned “From Dispatcher to Disruptor: One Woman’s Journey to Drive Gender Diversity in the Trucking Industry,” and served as a panelist at the very first Women in Supply Chain Forum™, detailing the keys to alleviating the truck driver shortage. Wanda Johnson is a leader in Deloitte’s Supply Chain practice leading the Warehouse Robotics & Automation team, bringing 20+ years of experience across industry and consulting in distribution operations, warehouse management, automation, and robotics. She partners with C-suite and senior supply chain leaders to translate fulfillment strategy into deployable programs that improve throughput, service, cost-to-serve, and resilience from business case and roadmap through implementation and value realization. Wanda’s expertise centers on digitally enabled supply chain transformations and advanced automation deployments, leading multidisciplinary teams through process redesign, requirements definition, systems integration, multi-site rollouts, and greenfield automation supporting both traditional and omnichannel operations.
